about the role
In response to their growth, they are currently looking for a GBS HR Specialist to join their team. The GBS HR Specialist is responsible for providing efficient and effective HR services across multiple regions (APAC), supporting various HR processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role focuses on operational excellence, process improvement, and customer service in areas such as payroll, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR data management.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the GBS Team Leader, working closely with another 2 team members.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of HR administration experience within a regional HR Shared Services organisation. You have experience of delivering to customer service targets within a complex environment. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders in the relevant region.
