The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing the financial performance of the company’s operations across multiple regions. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing financial data for operations in Hong Kong, Malaysia and other regions.
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
- Forecasting and tracking financial performance across the regions.
- Monitoring and reporting key financial metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
- Developing financial models and conducting in-depth financial analyses.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes for all regions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide data-driven business decisions.
- Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the regions.
- Preparing financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying, proposing, and implementing process improvement opportunities.
- Planning and assessing risks within internal control systems and implementing necessary improvements.
- Driving regional projects with a focus on revenue growth management and financial process optimization.
- Acting as the point of contact for the financial team at headquarters.
- Working closely with local accounting managers to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Managing ad hoc projects and activities as needed.
