Reporting Line: Regional FP&A Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Governance & Standardization:
- Promote data consistency and integrity across the organization to establish a “one version of the truth” approach for decision-making.
- Support global data governance initiatives, aligning templates and processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of acquisitions into Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to ensure seamless data transition.
- Performance Reporting & Financial Analysis:
- Lead the standardization and simplification of both routine and ad-hoc performance reporting across the Group.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including insights for business stakeholders.
- Consolidate regional commentary on financial actuals, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and deep-dive analyses to support business decision-making.
- Financial Planning & Forecasting:
- Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of key financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scorecard reporting.
- Coordinate flash forecasts and budget cycles, ensuring timely collection, validation, and system integration of financial data.
- Manage scorecard inputs, collaborating with insights teams to set accurate targets and ensure precise reporting.
- System Reconciliation & Data Accuracy:
- Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations across all financial systems to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues transparently when needed.
- Support ongoing enhancements in data integrity within EPM and ensure smooth system integration.
- Process Optimization & Training:
- Act as an SAP Enablement SME and superuser, delivering training on AFO, GTM, and data governance best practices.
- Lead initiatives to automate and improve financial data management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, forecasting, and data integrity by leveraging analytical tools.
Job Requirements
- Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related numerical discipline.
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly desirable, especially within FMCG or manufacturing industries.
- Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, commercial reporting, or performance management.
- Strong understanding of data governance, financial reporting, and forecasting processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, SAP BW, CRM, EPM, and Power BI is an advantage.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as PowerQuery and Business Objects is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, and automation) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
