Finance Manager (Public Listed Company)

A public listed company is looking for a career minded finance manager to be part of their team. You will report to the Chief Financial Controller (CFO) of the company.

Main responsibilities of the Finance Manager

•Prepare/review monthly management report and consolidated accounts and analyze actual performance against budget;

•Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

•Oversee the finance function within the Group on the daily operation;

• Liaise with auditors on statutory audit and tax agents on tax submission; • Liaise with bankers and handle overall treasury function.

• Check and verity inter-companies invoices; contractor invoices and supplier invoices to ensure all compliance;

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

• Experience in financial reporting.
• Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
• Experience with listed companies or property developer/construction companies is an added advantage
