Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the finance team across key functions including financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee the full set of accounts and group-level consolidation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior management by delivering actionable insights to support operational and financial decision-making.
Evaluate and strengthen finance operations and internal control frameworks, driving system-based process enhancements.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual work and increasing automation across finance functions.
Manage audit processes and tax planning activities, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Drive ERP and financial system enhancements to align with the company’s growth and evolving business needs.
Mentor, coach, and develop finance team members to build capabilities and support succession planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
6–8 years of progressive experience in audit, commercial finance, and finance leadership roles.
Demonstrated success in finance operations, systems implementation, and team development.
Strong strategic thinking, financial planning skills, and business acumen.
High integrity, strong sense of accountability, and proven leadership capabilities.
