Job Description
- Data Mining
- Collect and process both structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights.
- Data Management
- Ensure data integrity for accurate analysis.
- Define and implement data collection and transformation logic using appropriate tools and methods to optimize scalability and performance.
- Utilize software and programming tools to query, process, analyze, and present findings, supported by proper documentation.
- Data Reporting
- Develop and implement dashboards and performance measures for effective reporting.
- Communicate insights clearly through visualizations and written/oral reports, integrating data from multiple sources.
- Analyze relevant data to produce accurate reports on unit performance.
- Metrics and Performance Measurement
- Provide actionable insights to inform business strategies.
- Consolidate and track improvement targets and efficiency KPIs.
- Design visually compelling dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to present data meaningfully, ensuring accuracy and focused analysis.
- Strategic Actions
- Support decision-making to achieve strategic objectives.
- Deliver in-depth data analysis to guide ERP solution assessments and implementations.
- Drive continuous improvement in data management practices, models, and metrics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on new initiatives and non-routine tasks.
It'll Be Good If You Are:
- Degree in Data Science, Applied Math, Statistics, Economics, or other equivalent fields
- Proficiency with financial software packages (SAP), especially MS office (Excel & Power Points) and experience in BI tools (Tableau and/or Power BI) is a plus.
