about the role
As an Enterprise Architect reporting to the Global Head of Enterprise and IT Architecture, you lead strategic, tactical, and operational decisions. You collaborate with global teams to shape the company's technology ecosystem, advance architecture maturity, set standards, and design strategic solutions, balancing both individual solutions and the overall landscape.
- You are part of an international Enterprise and IT Architecture Team, directly connected to the CIO.
- Your role involves taking ownership of landscape-shaping initiatives, collaborating with IT Management.
- You will define and contribute to integration standards, identify IT capabilities, and drive landscape development.
- You will build a technology radar and manage governance processes for their technology ecosystems.
- You will contribute to architecture skill development initiatives to enhance their architecture maturity.
- Develop expertise in technical elements (e.g., data architecture, SAP, cloud applications) and business areas (e.g., sales, finance, logistics).
- Collaborate with solution architects, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders on high-strategic-relevance projects.
requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong strategic mindset with a proven ability to align landscape strategies to business goals.
- Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise and IT architecture, with a well-established professional network.
- Preferably experienced in managing large-scale IT projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, especially in an international setting.
- Certifications like TOGAF, Open CA, ITIL, or CISSP-ISSAP are beneficial.
