We are currently looking for a talented Branch Manager for a MNC that specializes in the elevator industry.

the role

• Oversee the performance of branch operations in East Malaysia.
• Build strong working relationships with consultants, clients, and other relevant stakeholders to benefit the company.
• Prepare project tenders and participate in tender interviews.
• Collaborate with HQ on new project sales, project management, and elevator maintenance, ensuring targets are met.
• Supervise branch staff performance, providing training and guidance to achieve desired results.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for the branch and attend group meetings.
• Recommend staff salary increases, incentives, or bonuses based on set criteria.
  
  

the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales training or experience.
• Availability for regular business travel.
• Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the elevator industry.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
