the role
- TikTok Sales & Campaign Execution: Execute sales strategies, manage daily shop operations, and implement e-commerce campaigns (TikTok Shop, Live, etc.) to drive sales targets.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales data, campaign metrics, and market trends, generating reports with data-driven insights to optimize performance and identify opportunities.
- Platform & Trend Expertise: Stay updated on TikTok's features, trends, and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to enhance sales strategies and operational efficiency.
- Operational Management: Ensure accurate product listings, monitor inventory, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth fulfillment.
the experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing TikTok platforms.
- Experience handling baby/infant categories is desirable, other personal care or FMCG categories are secondary.
- Enthusiastic and growth-oriented individual.
