We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer to join a well-established tech company with over a decade of presence in Kuala Lumpur. Headquartered in the US, this company supports international clients—mainly across North America—by building and maintaining enterprise-grade systems for content workflows, digital delivery, and real-time operations. This role covers both development and support work across a suite of applications built with .NET, C#, Angular, and MSSQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy new application features
- Own development across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Provide Level 3 technical support and assist with installations or system upgrades
- Respond to customer fault reports and support requests (first-line support)
- Write clean, efficient code and follow best practices in architecture and testing
- Manage documentation and maintain version control
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across front-end and back-end systems
- Collaborate with business analysts on requirement gathering and implementation
- Participate in on-call rotation for production issue resolution
- Handle database maintenance and recommend infrastructure updates when needed
- Develop and maintain responsive UI components using Angular
- Write and maintain unit tests and end-to-end tests
- Work with relational and document-oriented databases
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in .NET, C#, Angular, and MSSQL
- Experience with multi-threaded applications and full stack development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willing to work temporary night shifts to support US team collaboration during the initial stage
Good to Have
- Experience working with video or media-related systems
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
