about the job
- To implement and maintain Dynamic 365 CRM to ensure optimum performance and reliability at all time
- To take part in end-to-end Dynamic 365 CRM implementatioon project eg ; business requirement gathering,
- understand business processes, translate to functional / technical specification, hands-on functional configuration based on requirements, UAT & others
- Maintain compliance with Company's Quality Policy by follow the documented QMS processes and procedures
- Ensure that IT / development team adheres to Company's QMS and continously improving the overall business processes & operations
- To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders
- To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
- To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

about the manager/teamThe role is an individual contributor role where you will be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst, key business users / department manager and project manager on an end to end implementation of Dynamic 365 CRM as well as providing daily L2 / L3 support.
about requirements:
- This role is a functional consultant role but if the candidate has done technical development of either Dynamic 365 CRM / Salesforce with strong business process & functional configuration (as technofunctional) is added advantage but not compulsary.
- Someone who has at least 5 years of experience in Dynamic 365 CRM / Salesforce within implementation project and/or support (L2 / L3) is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on either Dynamic 365 CRM / Salesforce on a regional or global basis is an added but not compulsary.
- Those with integration experience of either Dynamic 365 CRM / Salesforce with other ERP / eCommerce / Digital Marketing tools is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone within either Medical / Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage but not compulsary.
