- Drive Distributor Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales potential, build strong relationships, and ensure effective distributor management for a leading nutrition company.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Implement channel strategies, manage sales administration and credit control, and participate in demand planning and risk management initiatives.
- Collaborative Team Player: Work cross-functionally to achieve company goals, champion core values, and ensure the efficient deployment of resources.
- Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the market, identify emerging trends, and implement impactful marketing and sales programs to achieve company objectives.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of FMCG experience.
- Distributor Management or General Trade (GT) experience is essential.
- Strong business acumen with higher-level strategic thinking.
