the role

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for clinical and ancillary staff, ensuring a seamless flow of patient care from scheduling to checkout.
• Collaborate with leadership across the organization to support the hospital's mission, vision, and strategy.
  Implement and maintain systems to monitor the quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of services, ensuring compliance with Patient and Family Centered Care principles.
• Ensure all clinical, academic, and faculty support activities adhere to budgetary constraints, hospital policies, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Lead the planning, organization, and administration of nursing services, including staffing, training, communication, and documentation.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care.
  Act as an advisor to medical staff, department heads, and administration on nursing-related matters.

the experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Master or post basic cetification is an added advantage.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in a nursing manager or above leadership role.
• Possesses thorough knowledge and understanding of patient care processes.
