• Leadership & Management:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of complex M&A transactions across the APAC region.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams on deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of transaction documents, including financial models, presentations, and due diligence reports.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing coaching and guidance in their professional growth.

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, private equity firms, investment banks, and other stakeholders across APAC.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the M&A process, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest levels of service and professionalism.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to expand the firm's footprint in the APAC M&A advisory market.

• Transaction Execution:

  • Manage end-to-end M&A advisory processes, including market analysis, financial modeling, due diligence coordination, valuation assessments, and post-deal integration planning.
  • Conduct financial and strategic analysis to assess deal feasibility, including risk assessments and valuation models.
  • Advise clients on market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the M&A space.

• Strategic Insights & Reporting:

  • Provide senior leadership with ongoing insights into market dynamics, emerging opportunities, and competitive intelligence in the APAC region.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports to C-suite executives, private equity firms, and other key stakeholders.

• Business Development:

  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying and targeting new clients, cross-selling services, and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership by participating in industry events, conferences, and publications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in M&A advisory, corporate finance, or investment banking, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and executing transactions across multiple sectors in the APAC region.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction structuring.

• Leadership & Team Management:

  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to effectively lead multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate across geographies and functions.

• Client Management:

  • Strong client relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC market, including regulatory, economic, and cultural nuances affecting M&A activity.

• Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, M&A transaction analysis, and financial statement analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of deal structures, financing options, and regulatory considerations within the APAC region.

• Education:

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

• Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional APAC languages is a plus.

• Travel:

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the APAC region as needed.
