They are currently seeking a Digital Sales Specialist to expand their customer base and drive growth within the laboratory division.

About the Job
As a Digital Sales Specialist, you will:
- Develop and grow a qualified customer database for targeted market segments, focusing on both private and government sectors.
- Follow up on sales leads and provide effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Provide sound consultations on the company’s product solutions and applications.
- Identify and secure new customers, establishing rapport and understanding their specific needs to deliver tailored solutions.
Skills & Experience Required
- Holds a Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferably in Physics, Biology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering).
- Has 1-2 years of experience in a Digital Sales or Field Sales role (instrumentation, laboratory sales, or technical sales experience is a plus). Open to fresh graduates.
- Has strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex product applications.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
