- At least 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Knowledge in establishing IT offshoring services
- Work with change networks across sites, regions and functions.
- Upkeep documentation and reports related to change management process
- Enhance efficiency with service delivery strategies, policies, and procedures
