- Contribute to the development of the medical program by providing ideas, suggestions, proposals, and recommendations to improve overall operations, management, and profitability Provide mentorship to students on project endeavors and clarify assignment criteria.
- Participate in the MQA audit process and assist with implementing actions for continuous curriculum improvement.
- Continuously support the improvement and development of the School and undertake additional activities as assigned by the Vice Chancellor.
- Elevate the profile of the School and support its growth and development within Malaysia.
- Undertake scholarly research, publish findings, and present at prestigious conferences, alongside fulfilling departmental and university commitments.
skills & experience required
- A Clinical Professor, possess an MBBS, MD, or an equivalent medical degree recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council
- At least 2 -3 years of experience holding a management position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating programs and meeting government reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to foster good relationships within the organization, industry, government, and the community.
