Implementing privacy governance frameworks and ensuring legal compliance in data usage.
Developing and maintaining data protection policies and tools covering PDPA & GDPR.
Conducting privacy impact assessments and advising on legal compliance.
Acting as the primary contact for regulators, employees, and authorities.
Setting global data privacy standards and ensuring local compliance.
Delivering privacy training and promoting a compliance culture.
Conducting privacy audits and collaborating on security incident management.
Assisting with ISO 27001 compliance and providing advisory support.
Performing additional duties as assigned, and may include domestic and international travel.

about the requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related IT field.
At least 5 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Protection Compliance, or related fields.
Experience in Governance, compliance, IT Audit, Information Security, legal, risk, or privacy compliance.
Strong knowledge of EU data privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA) and global privacy frameworks.
Ability to present complex ideas in clear, user-friendly terms.
Skilled in prioritising and managing multiple tasks.
