Champion the delivery of the company’s strategic roadmap by managing delivery constraints, including time, resources, scope, risks, and dependencies.
Lead or participate in delivery and enablement forums to ensure consistency, alignment, and value realization of the company’s strategic roadmap.
Track and document open actions, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
Drive continuous improvement for Security Assurance and Enablement initiatives.
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and support for delivery objectives.
Develop a data-driven assurance insights roadmap, framework, and methodology to monitor, measure, and track compliance and risk remediation efforts, supporting audit fieldwork requirements.
Lead or participate in assurance forums to provide the business with data-driven insights that support both short- and long-term assurance goals.
Create and maintain risk reduction metrics and insights to inform future assurance strategies.
Collaborate with first-line central and business unit teams to drive organizational risk reduction activities.
Manage stakeholder relationships to effectively communicate risk insights, gather feedback, and facilitate successful implementation of assurance initiatives

about the requirements

3-5 years experience in IT Security or Data Project Management.
Hands-on experience with configuring and using the Atlassian Suite.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and effective communication of insights.
Experience in developing BI dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are preferred.
