• Champion the delivery of the company’s strategic roadmap by managing delivery constraints, including time, resources, scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead or participate in delivery and enablement forums to ensure consistency, alignment, and value realization of the company’s strategic roadmap.
• Track and document open actions, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
• Drive continuous improvement for Security Assurance and Enablement initiatives.
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and support for delivery objectives.
• Develop a data-driven assurance insights roadmap, framework, and methodology to monitor, measure, and track compliance and risk remediation efforts, supporting audit fieldwork requirements.
• Lead or participate in assurance forums to provide the business with data-driven insights that support both short- and long-term assurance goals.
• Create and maintain risk reduction metrics and insights to inform future assurance strategies.
• Collaborate with first-line central and business unit teams to drive organizational risk reduction activities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to effectively communicate risk insights, gather feedback, and facilitate successful implementation of assurance initiatives

about the requirements

• 3-5 years experience in IT Security or Data Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with configuring and using the Atlassian Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and effective communication of insights.
• Experience in developing BI dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are preferred.
