Reporting to the Customer Success Lead, you will:
- Be the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (chefs, GMs, F&B teams).
- Conduct check-ins and reviews to share insights and track KPIs.
- Support on boarding and run user training sessions.
- Set up devices and dashboards to fit customer operations.
- Monitor usage data to drive improvements.
- Identify upsell opportunities with Sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing on success stories.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Tech for enhancements.
skills and experience required
- Minimum years Customer Success, Sales Account Management, or Hospitality Operations (hotel/F&B a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with data dashboards and turning insights into stories
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset
