You will be a part of a motivated and enthusiastic team with good exposure towards a large client portfolio. This role reports to the Customer Success Lead, who is an experienced individual and offers excellent training and development.
About the JobThey are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Success Executive to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of merchants and clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Onboard new clients and merchants, ensuring a smooth integration process
- Conduct account reviews and develop strategies to increase product usage and customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for new products and services
- Manage the renewal process for existing clients, maximizing retention rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and new feature development
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our eWallet financial services and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of eWallet and digital payment ecosystems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
