about the job
- Contributing to product design, development, and research initiatives.
- Coordinating with consultants to meet project milestones and submission deadlines for approvals.
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., sales & marketing, procurement, contracts) to finalize designs in alignment with business requirements.
- Overseeing submission plans (e.g., KM/DO, BP) and ensuring timely delivery of consultant-prepared documents.
- Reviewing structural, foundation, and infrastructure designs to prevent discrepancies, minimize variations, and enhance design efficiency.
- Engaging with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
- Assessing project drawings for feasibility, buildability, and cost considerations.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the company.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a C&S Engineer
- Experience in high-rise or compact developments is essential, while exposure to township projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with infrastructure authority approval processes (e.g., utilities, roads, drainage).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of full project life cycles, from master planning to execution, including regulatory approvals.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and submission procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
