About the Role
The Brand Strategist will lead the creative direction for brand campaigns, ensuring a cohesive tone and visual identity across all offline marketing materials. This role involves developing packaging, P.R materials, and promotional assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand consistency and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction & Strategy: Develop offline marketing materials, including packaging, logos, brochures, and event collateral, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Campaign & Design Execution: Brainstorm and propose creative concepts, develop storyboards, and refine design elements for marketing campaigns.
- Project & Vendor Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality production in collaboration with printers and vendors.
- Market Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to campaigns.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in creative design, branding, or marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or product-driven industries.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AI, Premiere Pro).
- Strong visual storytelling, typography, and composition skills.
- Excellent communication in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Strong project management and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in print and packaging design.
