- Extensive knowledge and responsibility for the complete spectrum of Contract Management.
- Strong expertise in costing matters, including budgeting, planning, prolongation of cost claims, cash flow management, and cost reviews.
- Proficient in managing contract terms and formulating strategic solutions.
- Skilled in drafting and reviewing contract documents and contractual letters, as well as handling contractual disputes.
- Experienced in dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering strong working relationships.
- Proven track record in managing subcontract and supply contract procurement.
- Responsible for reviewing tender sums, terms, and conditions in contract documents to ensure successful project tenders/awards.

skills and experience required
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience in the construction industry
- Strong contractual & tender knowledge
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
