about the job
The Content Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing creative and engaging content across multiple platforms to strengthen brand storytelling and customer engagement. This position also oversees CRM initiatives and email marketing campaigns, working closely with digital and event marketing teams to deliver impactful content and communications that support broader marketing goals.
Develop creative marketing content including visuals, videos, blogs, newsletters, and website copy.
Write and edit compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
Manage CRM systems to maintain and segment customer databases for targeted communications.
Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement, retention, and conversions.
Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality digital assets.
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to brand guidelines.
Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Stay up-to-date on content trends, social media best practices, and digital storytelling techniques.
Collaborate with external agencies, content creators, and influencers where necessary.
Track content and email marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
about you
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in content creation or digital content marketing.
Hands-on experience with CRM management and email marketing campaigns.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Experience in creating visual content, basic video editing, and working with creative teams.
Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A creative thinker who is proactive, resourceful, and collaborative.
