About the Role

The Consumer Experience Associate will play a critical role in enhancing consumer engagement and brand equity. Working closely with the Consumer Experience Manager and Brand Lead, this role involves executing consumer touchpoints, developing communication materials, and managing on-ground and retail marketing initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams and agencies is key to ensuring brand consistency and effective implementation of strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute consumer touchpoints, including brand stores, pop-ups, kiosks, and retail merchandising.
- Plan and implement events and consumer engagement activities with agencies.
- Create promotional materials for on-ground events and retail channels.
- Develop 1-2-1 initiatives to drive engagement, acquisition, and brand equity.
- Ensure all consumer initiatives comply with regulations and are insight-driven.
- Support in-store execution with toolkits, SOPs, and retail environment analysis.
- Plan and execute initiatives for specialty stores and collaborate with digital teams for a holistic consumer experience.
- Monitor digital trends, analyze market data, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, ensuring project timelines, budget alignment, and campaign effectiveness.
- Measure and report performance of campaigns against ROI and KPIs.
Skills and Experience Required:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing with knowledge of project management.
- Strong understanding of the marketing mix and activation execution.
- Proven ability to develop and execute consumer engagement strategies.
- Highly creative with strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
- Skilled in agency management, project coordination, and budget management.
- Knowledge of marketing standards, legislation, and external relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
