• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project plans and timelines.
• Supervise site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers for seamless communication and problem resolution.
• Monitor project progress, address delays, and conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and material procurement to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, permits, and safety records.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed, including conducting briefings and enforcing PPE use.
• Handle on-site issues, disputes, and client inquiries while ensuring expectations are met.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control to keep expenditures within allocated limits.
• Assist in project handover, final inspections, and certification upon completion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
