Randstad is partnering with a well-known lifestyle company. They are currently looking to hire a Concession Merchandising Manager to join them.
You will need to:
- Diligently identify, source, and select merchandise that aligns with the company’s brand and meets customer preferences.
- "Go-To-Market" (GTM): Coordinate relevant departments and support teams to execute initiatives from the concession marketing calendar.
- Accurately analyze sales data to forecast future trends, making informed decisions to optimize merchandise planning.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Continuously stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform and refine merchandising strategies.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of merchandise strategies, making necessary adjustments to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in merchandising role (Toys/collectible items)
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
