About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end KYC processes, including due diligence, document verification, and assessments in line with internal standards.
- Ensure high-quality analysis that complies with established procedures, producing detailed due diligence reports within deadlines.
- Stay updated on MAS regulations and ensure compliance, with a strong understanding of the Payment Service Act being a bonus.
- Prepare reports and liaise with KYC service providers when necessary.
- Monitor transactions using advanced tools and investigate flagged cases thoroughly.
- Identify risks and inefficiencies in compliance processes, proposing effective solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Leverage 4–5 years of financial crime compliance experience to enhance the organization’s risk management framework.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of AML/KYC compliance, customer onboarding, fraud prevention, and transaction monitoring.
- Familiarity with MAS regulations and regional compliance standards in Singapore.
- Hands-on experience with the Payment Service Act is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
- Proficient in English and Chinese for effective communication.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of compliance experience in regulatory, banking, or financial sectors.
About the Manager/Team
This role reports to the Compliance Manager based in Singapore and involves working closely with a dynamic and professional team.
