- Transformational Driver: Lead and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement across sales operations, from reporting and processes to route-to-market strategies and sales capability.
- Data-Driven Expert: Masterfully manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, extracting insights, and transforming information into actionable knowledge.
- Process Optimization & Execution: Develop and streamline sales processes, ensuring on-time incentive payouts, accurate performance reporting, and efficient daily operations.
- Collaborative Leader: Partner with senior management, sales teams, and other departments to align on commercial goals, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful results.
the experience
- Advanced diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of fmcg experience in sales analytics, route-to-market, or sales operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive and results-oriented individual.
