• Cloud Security & Migration Experience: Proven hands-on experience with cloud security and hybrid cloud migrations, specifically to Azure and M365.
• IAM Tools: Familiarity with OKTA and Entra ID is advantageous but not required.
• Security Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in cloud security or migration, with demonstrated success in leading or contributing to multiple projects.
• Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the German team (fluent in English, but perfect fluency is not a must).

About the requirements

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration efforts from on-premise to hybrid cloud environments.
• Ensure cloud security best practices are implemented throughout the migration process.
• Contribute as an individual contributor, with opportunities to lead future initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams in Malaysia and the client team in Germany to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in developing security frameworks and guidelines for the cloud environment.

Team Structure & Culture:

• The team is based in Malaysia with 7 team members across different roles (performance specialists, developers, etc.).
• The client is based in Germany, and the role requires collaboration with the German team.
• The role offers flexible work arrangements, with a mix of work-from-office (WFO) and work-from-home (WFH).
