As the CEO, you will report directly to the Chairman and the Board of Directors, and you will be responsible for shaping and executing our strategic vision. You will lead a high-performing team and oversee all aspects of the organisation's operations, ensuring excellence in financial management, human resources, and general administration. Your mission will be to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and innovative strategies while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the region.
skills and experience required
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Over 15 years of executive-level experience in the Education, Training, or Financial Services sectors, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and trends.
- A proven track record of success in strategic planning, driving growth, and leading impactful initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated expertise in relationship building and stakeholder management at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities with a history of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams to achieve ambitious objectives.
