• Manage purchasing activities across assigned regions, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Handle purchase-to-pay processes and manage non-catalog requests.
• Drive procurement catalog usage and optimize purchasing operations.
• Coordinate purchasing support and oversee tactical procurement.
• Analyze supplier bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure best purchasing terms.
• Support tenders, supplier management, and procurement training.

about the requirements

• Education: Apprenticeship, relevant university degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Experienced in purchasing/procurement, especially in P2P operations.
• Language: Proficiency in English & Japanese (reading, writing, speaking).
• Procurement Knowledge: Strong understanding of purchasing practices, buying procedures, and risk mitigation.
