Develop and execute a transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy.
Oversee project management from planning through execution with set KPIs.
Implement change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.
Optimize processes, drive automation, and foster innovation.
Engage stakeholders and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Track performance metrics and report on project impact.

It'll Be Good If You Are:

PMP, Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications preferred.
Set Up experiences will be a plus point
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
