- Develop internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Strategic & Business Growth Planning:
- Define and oversee long-term company expansion strategies.
- Identify business direction, market positioning, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, challenges, and propose improvement strategies.
Corporate Identity & Stakeholder Management:
- Enhance brand positioning and reputation within the real estate industry.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders (investors, developers, partners).
Operations & Process Optimization:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across departments.
- Implement best practices for project management, customer service, and business functions.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, or general management, preferably in property development, real estate, or construction-related industries.
- Proven track record in setting up and leading multiple departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Project, etc.).
- Experience in building business processes, SOPs, and company frameworks from the ground up.
- Prior experience in a startup environment is highly desirable, especially for those who have been involved in launching or scaling a business.
