Reporting into the Managing Director.
Key responsibilities
- To deliver monthly target of volume and value based on territory assigned
- Identify opportunity and plan to grow the business for higher share-of-business versus competitors as per company vision and mission
- Deliver best-of-class customer service to existing customers
- Understand the customer profile able to identify the opportunities to grow the customers year-on-year basis
- Manage trade budget and trading term discussion within the budget allocated
- To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Deliver best-of-class customer service to existing customers
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Sales-driven, a problem solver and proactive
- Well-versed with data analysis and presentation
- Possess own transportation
