Drive Regional Business Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand Mitsui's presence in Indonesia by identifying market trends, key partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tourism boards, travel companies, and other business partners.
Marketing Campaign Management: Lead and execute targeted marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and foot traffic, leveraging data analytics for campaign segmentation and optimization.
Customer Engagement & Retention: Create initiatives to increase the value of existing customers while attracting new visitors, especially focusing on international customers from Indonesia and Malaysia.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform and adjust business strategies effectively.
Budget & Project Management: Oversee budgeting and allocation of resources for various marketing and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
skills and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related role, ideally within the tourism, retail, or airline industries.
- Strong understanding of Asia Pacific markets, especially Indonesia and Malaysia, with experience in developing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
