This role reports to the General Manager and is responsible and accountable to achieve the direct sales or with the distributor. You will be responsible at route level for ensuring brand availability at the Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Cafe, etc, communicating for projects, opportunities, trade schemes, market development, payment collection of accounts receivables.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing and successfully creating business from new and existing bakery distributors and customer accounts.
- Building rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Prepare sales presentations, sales proposals and promptly answer to customers’ requests for quotations.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base, including the qualification of opportunities to ensure leads are qualified in or out in a timely fashion.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any relevant field
- Possess own transportation and is willing to travel
- 5 - 10 years of working experience in the Food Industry or Bakery Ingredients, preferably focusing on the Food Service / HORECA channel
