Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team at a leading asset management company. The role is pivotal in supporting the business development strategies across the company and branches to ensure alignment with the company’s goals. The Business Development Executive will assist in sales and recruitment performance, marketing strategies, and organizing key client events, helping to build the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Recruitment Performance:
- Assist in ensuring that the company and its branches meet their targets by monitoring sales and recruitment performance.
- Track and report progress against sales and recruitment goals to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Business Development Strategy:
- Attend to all business development-related matters, including strategizing, organizing, and coordinating activities between the branches and the head office.
- Propose and coordinate marketing strategies for the branches to enhance brand visibility and outreach.
Recruitment Assistance:
- Assist branch directors with recruitment drives, focusing on recruiting Relationship Managers (RMs) to meet business needs.
Client Events Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage private client events, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business development objectives.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Support other tasks and initiatives as assigned by the superior to meet the company’s business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese, and Malay.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Industry Experience (Preferred):
- Candidates with prior experience in the insurance or banking industry, or those with financial knowledge, are preferred.
Language Preferences (Preferred):
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay is preferred.
