- Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities within the mall, ensuring efficient performance and compliance with regulations.
- Develop practical solutions to minimize the impact of soil movement on building infrastructure, focusing on drainage and piping systems.
- Manage underground infrastructure projects, particularly those that address soil shifting and movement challenges.
- Assess soil movement-related issues and propose solutions, including foundation stabilization and enhanced drainage design.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of facilities are maintained.
- Lead Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, driving sustainable practices throughout mall operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets for operational and capital expenses.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on geotechnical or environmental engineering preferred.
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects, particularly involving drainage systems, foundations, and soil stabilization, especially in soft soil or swampland environments.
- Proficiency in geotechnical analysis, soil testing methods, and understanding of soil mechanics.
- Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing projects from design through construction.
