skills and experience required

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on geotechnical or environmental engineering preferred.
• Proven experience in infrastructure projects, particularly involving drainage systems, foundations, and soil stabilization, especially in soft soil or swampland environments.
• Proficiency in geotechnical analysis, soil testing methods, and understanding of soil mechanics.
• Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing projects from design through construction.
