About the Job
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing key product categories, contributing a significant portion of the total business turnover. This role involves driving marketing strategies, achieving sales and market share objectives, and managing the brand’s A&P budget.
- Achieve market share, sales, and profitability goals for the portfolio.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies
- Manage A&P budget for above-the-line (ATL) communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market trends and consumer research to refine marketing plans.
- Provide regular brand and business performance reviews to management.
- Work closely with internal teams and agencies to deliver brand initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required
- 2-3 years of experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian retail environment.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media.
- Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with research tools like Nielsen/Kantar.
