Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand communications and marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
- Lead and coach a team of brand executives to deliver marketing plans and achieve business objectives.
- Drive recruitment strategies, understanding target audience needs and behaviors, and engaging them across various touchpoints.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, relaunches, and other initiatives.
- Work with media agencies to develop strategic media plans to optimize budget and reach.
- Manage sampling activities, POSM, and communication materials within brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, finance) and external agencies.
- Oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring effective communication and media support to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor, report, and analyze post-campaign performance, market trends, competitive activities, and budget utilization.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in FMCG, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in research tools like Kantar, Ipsos, Dunnhumby, Nielsen.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience in developing and executing 360 marketing plans and leading a team of executives.
- Solid understanding of P&L management and the fundamentals of the marketing mix.
