About the Role
As a Brand Executive, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth and strengthen market presence. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives while keeping a pulse on market trends and consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Campaign Execution: Coordinate the rollout of campaigns across digital, in-store, and event channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights for the brand team.
Product Launches: Support new product development and launch initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables.
Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and social media content.
Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and external agencies to ensure alignment on brand initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the CPG or beverage industry.
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
