The successful candidate is not only expected to manage the overall sales and marketing but also the full branch office management which includes promotional and advertising services, budget control, human resources management, financial management, and services needs for the branch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to achieve the entrusted target through comprehensive management which includes the aspects of human resource management, marketing strategies, financial control and effective deliveries of after sales and services to the customers and clients in his branch
• To plan and control the major leading factors in sales performances such as displays, incentives, discoutns, etc in line with the approved allocation and monitoring them against the desired result
• The optimize the use of the company's techniques to drill down the branch CTQs and enhance the branch performance in line with the corporate score card
• Ensure that sales PSI and target are achieved accordingly and recommend any constructive counter measures should the sales fall below the expected level
