About the Job
As a Tax Associate, you will play a critical role in managing international tax compliance and advisory for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end tax compliance for internationally mobile employees.
- Advising on Double Tax Agreements (DTAs), residency changes, and tax planning strategies.
- Collaborating with HR, finance, and tax teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Supporting client policies on mobility, compensation, and rewards.
- Analyzing complex tax proposals and providing recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in tax services, with exposure to tax compliance and advisory.
- Strong understanding of Double Tax Agreements (DTAs) and international tax laws.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and teams.
