- Drive Business Growth – Oversee the entire Business Development lifecycle for industrial energy efficiency solutions, from strategy to execution.
- Build a Strong Sales Pipeline – Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of business opportunities through internal teams and external partnerships.
- Manage Tender Submissions – Coordinate with internal resources to craft competitive and compelling proposals.
- Market Strategy & Project Screening – Identify high-impact projects and craft a go-to-market approach that aligns with the company’s energy efficiency offerings.
- Client Acquisition & Partnerships – Prospect and qualify new clients while fostering long-term strategic relationships.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
