Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements in accordance with PCAOB, US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulatory standards.
- Perform audit testing, financial analysis, and substantive procedures under the guidance of senior auditors.
- Support documentation and working papers in compliance with professional auditing standards.
- Identify accounting and auditing issues, and communicate findings to seniors and managers.
- Liaise with clients to gather relevant financial data and support audit procedures.
- Stay updated with changes in US, China, and Hong Kong financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure smooth audit execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of audit experience are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting frameworks (US GAAP, IFRS, MFRS).
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements when required.
