- Collaborate closely with advertising/media agencies, consultants, and suppliers on the creation of advertising materials, promotional content, and media schedules.
- Plan, create, and implement marketing collateral, project videos, scale models, and both online and offline social media content.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s projects.
- Oversee the creation of scale models, perspectives, and brochures, ensuring they accurately represent the company’s projects and branding.
- Lead the conceptual planning of sales galleries and show units to improve the customer experience.
- Ensure the timely procurement and renewal of Developer Licenses (DL) and Advertising Permits (AP) as needed.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to prepare for sales launches, promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
- Formulate and review pricing strategies and sales package offerings to optimise sales
skills and requirements
- Degree of diploma in marketing, business administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in similar capacity in the property development field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, property knowledge, and branding best practices
